The Pike House

We moved into this house at 300 Princess Avenue in May of 2001. This large house was formerly a sorority house belonging to Alpha Phi. It boasts nine bedrooms, 12ft. ceilings, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 5 common areas. We have 9 live-ins, and figure that it has a max capacity of 450 people.

Our Chapter house is situated right beside beautiful Victoria Park near downtown London, also a minute walk from many of the popular bars. Beta Theta Pi is our neighbour on our right side, and to their right used to be Delta Tau Delta (now gone). The Greek system here in London is much different than most U.S. schools. All of the fraternities and sororities are off-campus and spread throughout the town.
